Restorative Yoga & Tarot
with Angela Jubinville
Friday, December 19th
6:30-8pm
$30
You all loved the first one so much, we had to invite Angela back for another rendition of this special offering.
This reflective and restful practice blends guided meditation, restorative yoga, and tarot to create space for you to drop into your breath, body, and intuition. Supportive and gentle floor poses calm your mind and soothe your nervous system, creating openings for insight and inner listening. A collective tarot card reading will be woven into the practice. We'll explore questions to help you gain guidance and clarity around your personal growth, healing, and Self. These prompts will serve as invitations for your own personal reflection as well as the foundation for our group tarot pull. You’re welcome to bring a journal to capture your insights, or even your own tarot deck if you’d like to draw cards alongside our collective reading.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice designed to calm and soothe your nervous system. We spend 5 - 20 minutes in each cozy pose, supported by blankets, bolsters, and the earth beneath us. Appropriate for all levels, especially beginners. Tarot cards contain symbols and archetypal images that can be powerful tools to dig deep into the meanings of your actions, feelings, thoughts, and energy - helping you access and connect to your inner wisdom.
About our facilitator: Angela began teaching yoga in 2017. She was (re)introduced to using tarot cards in June 2019 while on a yoga retreat in the South of France. She has been studying that Tarot in earnest ever since, learning how to use the images and symbols in the cards as a tool for growth and healing. In her Tarot studies, she is drawn to working with the energy of the seasons, the moon, and astrology to more fully understand her most connected Self. She is passionate about helping others realize their most authentic selves, on and off the mat.
A Journey Through Time
group past life regression & cacao
with Alex Lettieri, BSN, RN, CHT
Sunday, January 11th
3-6pm
$75
A Group Past Life Regression is a gentle, meditative experience where participants are guided into a deeply relaxed state and invited to access memories, impressions, or symbolic stories from what may feel like another lifetime. While each journey is unique, these experiences often bring forward unexpected clarity, emotional release, and a sense of soul remembrance.
In a group setting, the session begins with grounding breathwork and an explanation of the process. From there, participants are guided inward through hypnosis, connecting with a past life that holds insight into current emotions, patterns, or questions.
There’s space afterward for journaling and quiet integration, with the option to share in community. Many describe the experience as calming, eye-opening, and surprisingly emotional in a nurturing way. It’s especially resonant for those already engaged in practices like yoga or meditation, as it works through the subconscious to bring deeper awareness to what may be shaping the present moment—from within.
Group regression can support emotional healing, enhance intuition, and foster a sense of connection to something larger than the self. While not about proving anything, it offers a symbolic mirror through which we can meet ourselves in new, powerful ways.
The Benefits of Cacao:
For those who choose to join the cacao portion, ceremonial cacao can gently support the regression experience. It helps soften the nervous system, open the heart, and create a grounded sense of presence. Many people find it easier to relax, focus, and connect with their inner world, making the journey feel smoother and more intuitive.
How to prepare:
For the most expansive experience, consider meditating for 10–15 minutes daily in the days leading up to the session. Set a clear intention for yourself—perhaps to connect with a past-life version of yourself, gain insight into recurring patterns, or learn more about who you were. Reflect on your intention and allow it to guide your curiosity and openness during the journey. This simple practice can help you arrive more centered, present, and ready to receive the insights and guidance available to you.
What to Bring:
Journal, pen, yoga mat
Optional: blanket, pillow, anything to help you feel the most comfortable (we have all of these at the studio!)
Cost:
$75 per person
Please Note — Health & Safety Considerations / Cacao Sensitivities:
Cacao contains theobromine and naturally occurring compounds similar to caffeine. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have heart conditions, sensitivities to stimulants, or chocolate/cacao allergies, please let me know in advance or opt out of the cacao portion.
Mental Health & Safety:
Past Life Regression (PLR) involves deep internal work that may not be suitable for everyone. If you are currently experiencing or have a history of schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder (especially active manic phases), dissociative disorders, or other severe mental health challenges, PLR may increase distress or destabilize your emotional state.
Waiver:
All participants will be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging these considerations before joining the session. If you're unsure whether this work is appropriate for you, please reach out to Alex beforehand. She is happy to discuss further or help you explore other supportive practices that may be a better fit.
